How it works

We start by looking at what you already have. Most clients have a CRM with incomplete data, an ad account that has never been audited, and a set of tools that do not talk to each other. Before anything gets built, I want to understand the current state so we are not solving the wrong problem.

From there we build the setup that fits the business. HubSpot configured to your actual sales process, not the default template. Automations that do the repetitive work without introducing errors. Ad accounts structured so the reporting tells you something useful.

Everything gets documented and handed back. You will know what has been set up, why it works the way it does, and how to use it. I do not build systems that only I can maintain. The goal is for your team to run it independently after the work is done.

Ongoing support is available if you need it. Some clients want a clean handback and nothing further. Others want monthly check-ins as the business grows. Both are fine.
